My name is Carolyn Leipply, and I am a lifelong resident of Wills Point. I graduated from Wills Point High School in 1992, OTSS, and married my high school sweetheart, Ed Leipply (WPHS Class of 1990), that same year. Together, we have built our lives here and raised our three children while serving the community we love.
My husband has been a member of the Wills Point Fire Department since 2009 and has served as Fire Chief since 2012. I have supported the department in various volunteer roles, from preparing monthly meals to serving with the Ladies Auxiliary.
I am currently the President of the Pilot Club of Wills Point and have been an active member since 2022. When I’m not volunteering, I work as a Rural Mail Carrier for the Wills Point Post Office, a position I have proudly held since 2001.
Additionally, I provide Notary Public Services in Wills Point, helping our community with essential notarial needs. Being a Van Zandt County Notary has allowed me to assist friends, neighbors, and new faces alike, making it a privilege to support our community in this meaningful way.
Proudly serving our community in their time of need, the Wills Point Volunteer Fire Department is rooted in commitment, teamwork, and a deep love for our community. This service is built on courage, compassion, and the determination to protect the place we call home. Additionally, for those in need of Notary Public Services in Wills Point, our team can assist you with all your documentation needs.
If you would like to talk to someone about serving on WPFD, you can attend the monthly meetings every Thursday at 6:00pm. For Van Zandt County Notary services, feel free to reach out to us. Our non-emergency number is 903-873-3011.
In case of an emergency, please call 911.
The Pilot Club of Wills Point is a service organization dedicated to improving communities through projects, education, and compassionate support. Our mission emphasizes brain safety and health, supporting caregivers, and making a positive difference in the lives of children and adults. Through our local club, we provide grants to our special education classes on each campus in WPISD, community programs, and awareness initiatives that address real needs right where people live. Together, we serve with purpose, integrity, and a heart for helping others thrive. Additionally, we offer Notary Public Services to assist residents in Van Zandt County, including Wills Point Notary services. We invite you to attend our monthly meeting, held on the second Thursday of each month at the Wills Point Church of Christ. The meeting begins at 6:00pm.
