Van Zandt Notary Services can notarize a wide range of documents, including affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, contracts, motor of vehicle documents, and many others. 

Proof of Residence for schools and youth sports documents. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific document.


Yes. You'll need to bring a valid, government-issued photo ID so the notary can verify your identity. This can be a driver's license, state ID card, passport.  The ID must be current (not expired) and match the name on the document you are signing. 


Notaries cannot notarize incomplete documents, blank forms with missing information, or anything that violates state law. Some states also restrict notarizing birth certificates, death certificates, or immigration forms.


Yes. I understand that you may have restriction that may keep you from leaving your home. You may have a busy schedule and can't leave you place of business to get a document notarized. I will meet you at Dairy Queen if that is what works for both of us.  I will also travel to hospitals, detention centers, and nursing homes with set fee plus mileage for these locations. 


Texas law allows alternative signature  methods.  If the signer is unable to write their name but can make a mark, such as an "X" or another distinguishing symbol, this may be accepted as a valid signature, provided the a the notary includes a notation indicating that the signature was made by mark.

Nope- only attorneys can do that. Notaries simply verify identity and witness signatures. 


Yes, I am a certified Notary Signing Agent and can assist with loan signings, real estate documents, and other closing-related paperwork. 


For a one signature Affidavit  and you live within 15 miles of downtown Wills Point, Texas is will cost you $30.00. 

$10.00- State of Texas fee

$20.00 for Notary convenience, time, and travel fee.  Remember I am coming to you.
